The process for connecting with the Super Team to determine if we can help is fairly simple

• Complete a simple application form.

• After the Super Team review of the application, provide additional background information as requested.

• Super Team will respond in one of two ways.

  • Acceptance of the application

  • Explanation as to why the application can’t be accepted

• If accepted, Super Team will communicate the strategy to resolve the Road block and will keep you informed as to steps in the process.
